I had an earache for a few days and ignored it at first thinking it would pass. But as it continued I came across offwax on Facebook so decided to book for a home visit. Ali came to visit me and he found that both my ears were blocked. He cleaned both ears but what he noted was that both my ear drums had fluid and pus behind it. I was referred urgently and seen by my GP the next day and the infection was treated.
